2010 / Our Journey
Videoclip around the theme of "journeys". I wanted to talk about all the little journeys that lead to me. I asked my parents about my ancestors in China and Cambodia and made up half of it since most of the documents don't exist anymore. My voice is telling the story as my parents told me, half true, half made-up.
I used rotoscopy animation, using stills and videos from websites such as Gettyimages.com.
